There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. For more information on ways to give to CBE, visit the Donate page on the CBE website.
The Friends of Hidden Valley School focus on fundraising initiatives in order to enhance the educational experiences for Hidden Valley School students. Support of parents, either through participating in our parent society meetings, planning and events, or through contributions to the fundraising efforts, is greatly appreciated. Your time is valued, whether you can attend a single meeting, offer an hour to organize or set-up an event, or help coordinate fundraising; no contribution is too small!
Fundraising supports areas such as:
- Kananaskis in the Classroom
 - Artists in Residence
 - Field trips
 - Fine arts performances
 - Sports equipment and music instruments
 - Dances and family activities
 - Technology (iPad, smartboards, headphones, etc.)
 - And more!!

Spirit Day Snacks
School Council will be offering Spirit Day Snacks this year for all students
We will be taking Spirit Day Snack orders via Healthy Hunger. First time users will need to set-up an account and register their student(s) in the appropriate classroom. Returning users will need to log-in and re-register their student(s) as Healthy Hunger resets their system at the start of every school year.
When you log-in to your account you will be able to see all events currently scheduled. You may choose to place multiple orders at once or order lunches individually at any time up until the deadline date. Please note there is a small processing fee each time you place an order in the system. Email reminders will be sent prior to each deadline to ensure you don’t miss out as orders will not be accepted after the deadline.
We are providing our school community an opportunity to donate a snack on our Healthy Hunger order forms. Funds collected will help ensure all students have an opportunity to participate in Healthy Hunger events at HVS.
We welcome your participation through Healthy Hunger if what’s being offered works for your child and family, but please, do not order SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. There is no expectation for students to participate every time Spirit Day Snacks are offered, so please just wait for another event that works better for you.
Should you experience any issues with the Healthy Hunger website, please contact Healthy Hunger customer service directly. If you have other questions, please contact hiddenvalleyschoolcouncil@gmail.com. Please do not call the office as this is a School Council event.
