School Bus Registration
Deadline is June 14.
Families are now able to apply for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year. Registration must be received by the deadline to ensure students are added to routes for the first day of classes next year. Yellow School Bus Registration

Dress For the Weather
Students will spend time outside each day. Please send them with a hat, sunscreen, and a bottle of water as the weather is getting warmer!
Soccer Cleats
Please do not send soccer cleats with your child to school. Without full protective gear, cleats increase the risk of injury during play. For safety, runners are always the best choice for all school activities. Thank you for your support!
Student-Led Open House – Thursday, June 18
Our Student-Led Open House will be an opportunity for students to take the lead on sharing evidence of their learning, sharing their areas of strength and accomplishments, discussing next steps and setting their own learning targets.
As this is an Open House, you are able to attend at anytime between 4:00pm - 5:30pm. You do not need to register to attend. Your time at the school can take anywhere from 15 – 30 minutes. It is an important time to spend with your child. The teacher will be there to celebrate your child’s learning. As this is an Open House, teachers will not be able to have individual conversations with parents/guardians regarding their child. There will also be food trucks set up out front of the school so that you can enjoy a treat while you celebrate your child’s learning. We look forward to seeing you!
Important Reminder - Before School – No Supervision
The playgrounds are not supervised before school starts. Our staff are assigned to open doors to allow students in during soft start, bussing or Hug N’ Go. To support student safety, the playgrounds are closed to students during this time. Please report ALL attendance information including absences, early pick-up, bus attendance, and late arrivals to our attendance line. 403-777-7236 ext. 1
HVS Registration
We’re excited to welcome new students into our Hidden Valley family for the upcoming school year! If you know anyone planning to join us in September, please encourage them to register as soon as possible. Early registration helps us plan effectively and ensures a smooth start for everyone.
We also still have space available in our Regular and French Immersion program.

Our Lost & Found items are in the vestibule by the front entrance. Swing by, take a peek, and see if any long-lost treasures are ready to come home. Our goal is to return as many items to families as possible! Parents/Guardians are able to review items in Lost & Found by stopping by the school between 9:00 AM and 3:15 PM.
