Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we work together to create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for all students.

  • Your child requires medication to be taken at school.
  • Existing health information needs to be updated for the current school year.

BB4CK School Lunch Program

We are pleased to share that our school partners with BB4CK's School Lunch Program, which helps ensure students have access to nutritious lunches during the school day.

If you would like your child to participate in this program, please visit:

https://bb4ck.org/school-lunch-program/

Families can:

  • Register their child directly using the For Families link on the BB4CK website.
  • Contact the school office and ask to speak with Lindsay Wolkowski, who can assist with registration and answer any questions.

We encourage families who may benefit from this support to explore the program. All inquiries are handled with care and confidentiality.

Before School – No Supervision

For student safety, the playgrounds are closed before school as there is no supervision available at that time. Staff are focused on welcoming students through soft start, bussing, and Hug N' Go procedures.

Please do not drop students off before 8:42 a.m., when supervision begins.

End of Day Procedures: How Will My Child Get Home?

Hug N' Go Procedures

  • There is no parking permitted in front of the school during pick-up.
  • This area is designated as a Hug N' Go loading zone only.

If you wish to remain in your vehicle and use the Hug N' Go area:

  • Contact the school office to advise that your child may be dismissed directly to the Hug N' Go area.
  • The office will notify the classroom teacher.

Please remind your child to wait in the designated Hug N' Go area.

If you are running late:

  • Staff will supervise students for up to ten minutes.
  • Students will then be brought to the office for pick-up.

Please do not plan for late pick-ups, as the school cannot provide supervision beyond dismissal procedures.

Thank you for partnering with us to support student success. We appreciate your ongoing support of Hidden Valley School and look forward to another great week of learning ahead. 🌟
