Before School – No Supervision
For student safety, the playgrounds are closed before school as there is no supervision at that time. Our staff are focused on welcoming students through soft start, bussing, and Hug N’ Go. We kindly ask that students not be dropped off before the bell at 8:42 a.m., when supervision begins.
Action Required - Student Health Plans
To ensure we can best support your child’s well-being at school, we ask that you complete the Student Health Plan if your child has a medical condition that may affect their attendance or requires medication to be taken at school.
The Student Health Plan is supported by Administrative Regulation 6002 – Student Health Services and must be:
- Completed if a physical or medical condition may affect your child’s attendance at school.
 - Completed if medication is to be taken at school.
 - Reviewed and updated annually, or sooner if there is a change in your child’s health concern or school registration.

The form is available here: Student Health Plan. Please complete form by Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Your cooperation in providing this important information helps us to work together in supporting your child’s health, safety, and success at school. The form can either be returned digitally to lewolkowski@cbe.ab.ca, or a paper copy can be provided to the office.
If you have any questions or need assistance completing the form, please contact the school office.
Sincerely,
 Michelle
