2023-2024 Report Cards
Online report cards will be enabled for viewing from June 26, 2024 to July 26, 2024. During this window, parents/legal guardians are welcome to view and print report cards online via their MyCBE parent account. Report cards will NOT be printed off and sent home. For best access to information, log in to the MyCBE portal instead of using the PowerSchool App.

Friday, June 28 - Appeal's Day
If there are any questions or concerns about report cards, please contact us on Friday. It is also the final day that the school office will be open (9am – 3pm) prior to the summer break.
Lost & Found Items
Please be sure to ask your child to check the lost and found for any missing items by Thursday, June 27. Parents may drop by after school to have a look as well. Any items remaining will be donated.
Outstanding School Fees
2023-24 school year fees are now due! To prevent your account from going into arrears and being sent to collections, please login to your MyCBE parent account to review your child's outstanding school fees and make a payment with a debit or credit card. Alternatively, please visit the school to make a payment with your debit or credit card. Please note that cash and cheques are no longer accepted. Are You Concerned That You Cannot Afford to Pay School Fees? Apply for a Central Fee Waiver!
No child is ever denied access to an education at the Calgary Board of Education due to their family’s inability to pay. The CBE offers a Central Fee Waiver which is based upon income level and covers the following fees: Yellow School Bus Transportation, Lunch Supervision Service Fee and Student Supplies Fee. Please login to your MyCBE parent account to complete the 2023/2024 Central Fee Waiver Application. Medication Stored in the School Office
If you have provided us with medication for your child, please drop by the office anytime between now and Friday, June 28, to pick it up. We are unable to send medication home with your child, no matter what their age/grade. Any medication not picked up by June 28 can be picked up in late August or September when the school office reopens.
School Calendar – Download or Subscribe
Hidden Valley School Calendar allow users to easily subscribe to a curated list of events on their devices. Parents can now subscribe to the school calendar with the option to choose all categories or a specific one, giving you access to events anytime.
Last Day of School for Kindergarten - June 26
Wednesday, June 26, is the last day of the school year for Kindergarten Students.
Last Day of School for Grades 1 – 3 - June 27
Thursday, June 27, is the last day of the school year and is an early dismissal day. Dismissal time will be our usual early dismissal time of 12:40 PM. The school bus will be operational with its 'Friday' pick up and drop off times.
