- November 10 - 14 – Fall Break – No School for students or staff
- Wednesday, November 15 – Classes resume
- Friday, November 17 – SPIRIT DAY - Happy Birthday HVS, you are turning 20!
- Friday, November 17 – PM Kindergarten attends
- Friday, November 24 – Non-instruction day - no school for students
REMINDER: There is no school for students or staff, starting November 9. School will resume on Wednesday, November 15.
Hidden Valley School is Turning 20!
We will be celebrating Hidden Valley’s 20th Birthday on Friday, November 17. As part of our birthday celebration, we are collecting items to donate to “The Happy Birthday Project”. Here is a link to their webpage: https://thehappybirthdayproject.org/
Please see the list below that outlines items collected by the organization:
- Unused/unopened paper plates, paper/plastic cups, plastic utensils and napkins
- Unused/Unopened streamers, balloons, birthday banners and other party decorations
- New toys in original packaging
- Child-themed or solid colour wrapping paper, gift bags and tissue paper
- Scotch tape
- Invitations and birthday cards
- Cake mixes, frosting, juice boxes/mix and birthday candles
- Loot bags, loot bag items like bubbles, bouncy balls, play dough etc.
- Gift cards to retail stores, grocery stores and restaurants
- Movie passes
- New books and board games
- Batteries
Veterans Food Bank
Hidden Valley School is collecting food donations for the Veterans Food Bank. Donations of non-perishable food items can be donated until the end of November. Please consider donating.
