****Swimming Lessons Update ****
We have been notified that our swimming lessons are cancelled due to the current water restrictions in Calgary, and the closing of City of Calgary pools. We will let you know on Monday when we receive confirmation from Churchill Pool if our swimming classes will go ahead on Tuesday. We will provide information to you as soon as we receive it.
Walk/Wheel Week

Each student who participates will have their name entered in a contest draw to win one (1) of two (2) prize scooters and helmets.
Students must have submitted this record sheet form no later than Monday, June 10 in order to be entered in the contest draws.
Library Books
All library books must be returned to the school next week. Please make sure to check for any library books that may still be at home.
Pre-register for Transportation
If you are considering putting your child on the school bus next year, please pre-register in your MyCBE Account by June 16. The transportation department creates the bus routes based on the addresses of students who have pre-registered. If you decide not to take the school bus, you have until September 30 to cancel the service.
Student-Led Open House – June 20 as this is an Open House, families do not need to register to attend. Reminder: students attend with their family
Our Student-Led Open House will be an opportunity for students to take the lead on sharing evidence of their learning, sharing their areas of strength and accomplishments, discussing next steps and setting their own learning targets.
As this is an Open House, you are able to attend at anytime between 4:00pm - 5:30pm. Your time at the school can take anywhere from 15 – 30 minutes. It is an important time to spend with your child. The teacher will be there to celebrate your child’s learning. As this is an Open House, teachers will not be able to have individual conversations with parents/guardians regarding their child. We look forward to seeing you!
Dress for the weather
Please make sure that your child wears a hat, sunscreen and brings a bottle of water as the weather is getting warmer!!
S’Cool Kids – Before & After School Care
S’Cool Kids will be renting our spaces in our school to support families looking for childcare during the 2024-2025 school year. Please see the poster. S’Cool Kids continues to have openings, please contact them directly using the contact information below.
